Acquisition of AMS nv

We are proud to announce the completion of the acquisition of AMS nv by Octopus Capital. We are also pleased to welcome Philip Schaerlaeken as our new partner at Octopus Capital. AMS nv – Algemene Metaalbewerking Schaerlaeken – is a supplier with more than 30 years of experience in the metal sector, specializing in the production of custom-made parts for both industry and individuals. Based in Eppegem, the company has a team of 15 dedicated employees and offers expertise in metalworking, stainless steel (RVS), inox, and aluminum (ALU).

In addition to its core activities, AMS nv is also the designer of track groomers and manure bins – mainly for the equestrian sector – known for their quality and craftsmanship.

What makes this acquisition particularly special is that AMS nv is fully complementary to PAMO Metaalconstructies & Engineering. This strategic combination allows us to combine the strengths of both companies and take on a greater variety of projects, offering new opportunities for our customer base.
